This Listener service does not come with any warranty and a "no refund" policy. This is not a health or therapy session. There are no claims made to guarantee help in any way. I am simply offering a "paid Listener" type service. The fee is $45 for 45 minutes. You are welcomed and encourage to talk about anything. All calls, emails, appointments and any communications may be recorded to help me critique my listening skills and both parties' protection. All information is confidential and only subject to release by any legal action. Any fees incurred by LifeListens.com or myself to protect my interests for any reason resulting in an action in regards to you is your responsibility. Obviously, my hope is there is no need for this legal disclaimer, but in the chance there is a need it is listed for all our protection. I am simply a person who cares to listen to you. I am neither a law enforcement person nor a healthcare representative. My goal is not to be judgmental or tell you what you should do, it is simply to listen and give appropriate feedback (not advice) as a suggestion at your request. I am not an emergency service provider. If you are in need of emergency services you need to contact your local emergency assistance number. If you are mentally ill or are not able to understand what these terms or conditions are all about then it is up to you to find an appropriate person to explain these terms to you before contacting LifeListens.com. Bottom line is you agree any communications between you, me (owner) that you indemnify and hold harmless myself or LifeListens.com of any claims. I reserve the right to modify this at anytime and I will make a good faith effort to accommodate any discrepancies. My goal is to help any reasonable way I can. With that said, I do reserve the right to make all final decisions on anything that may come up regarding this site and that has not been addressed on this site. If you have an issue that you are not able to resolve on the scheduling page please contact me by filling out the contact form.
